Mr. Gilmore has a diverse background ranging from Department of Defense, to International Relations, finance, and consumer manufacturing sales and distribution. Mr. Gilmore was a United States Navy SEAL serving as a Medic, Sniper, and Intelligence Head during multiple combat deployments across the globe. Following his a Naval career, Mr. Gilmore worked at a Chicago based Hedge Fund, then served as Chief Business Development Officer of Montalvo Tequila. Mr. Gilmore served as Co-Founder/COO of Spear Operations Group (SOG). SOG was a D.C. based contracting company focused on Counter Terror, Logistics, and Asset Security Operations in conflicted countries, with an emphasis on the War in Yemen. Mr. Gilmore pioneered, and curates the relationship between the Microdose Psychedelic Insights, and the Concordia Summit. Mr. Gilmore is now the Chief of Staff of TREAT California, a Citizen driven Ballot Initiative, which will create a $5 Billion State Funding Agency for research and and development of the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy(PAT) ecosystem.
