Fabrice Houdart is a human rights and corporate social responsibility specialist with 20 years of experience at the World Bank and the United Nations. He is the co-founder of Koppa, the LGBTQI+ Economic Power Lab, a 501(c)3 working on LGBTQ+ economic empowerment in the global south, and founder of the Executive Director of the Association of LGBTQ + Corporate Directors. He is also an advisor to Fortune 500 companies through his consulting firm, including L'Oréal. He teaches a class on sexual orientation and gender identity in development at Georgetown University and Columbia University.

At the UN, in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, he co-authored the UN Corporate Standards of Conduct for Business, which is the largest LGBTI corporate social responsibility initiative supported by more than 500 of the largest companies in the World.

He volunteers on the Boards of several non-profit organizations (Outright International, Housing Works, the Institute of Current World Affairs, the IDAHOBIT Committee and CUNY TV Foundation). He is an Advisor to the Board of Open for Business, a UK nonprofit focused on making the business and economic case for LGBTQ+ inclusion.

He is a member of the Cosmos club in Washington, DC, and lives in NYC with his twin ten-year-old sons, Eitan and Maxime.
