Jenny Buccos is Founder & CEO of EXPLR, which connects young people ages 13–19 with meaningful career opportunities while giving industry early access to emerging talent. She directs EXPLR’s National STEM Festival, where students showcase their own inventions and research, and has scaled the program across 49 states with more than 60 corporate, government, and academic partners. She conceived the National STEM Week bill, which passed the Senate unanimously in 2026, and is now taking the Festival international, with its first UK edition set for London in May 2027.
