Alexys Feaster is a seasoned strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in the holistic development and elevation of athletes, entertainers, and people of influence. Her work involves providing clients with coaching and resources beyond their respective platforms and collaborating on how to engage as leaders in business, community and as advocates for social impact on an individual, collective and global scale.
As the founder of The Kinship Advisors, Feaster leads the strategic legacy building for various NBA All-Star players focused on the impact; in addition to partnering with companies like RISE, Metro Esports and Just Women’s Sports, who focus on diversifying various aspects of the sports industry. For Just Women’s Sports, Feaster is the Executive Producer of the podcast NETLIFE with Dawn Staley and TEA with A’ja Wilson and Napheesa Collier.
Prior to The Kinship, Feaster spent six years at the NBA as the Senior Director of Player Development. Her work focused on helping over 450 NBA players off the court, and NBA team staff, by creating programs and initiatives to enhance life skills and leadership development.
Feaster was also the mastermind behind the engagement strategy for President Obama’s reelection campaign, creating various political and social good digital campaigns like Alicia Keys’ “We Are a Powerful Force,” the NFL’s “Gotta Vote,” and Jay-Z’s “The Power of Our Voice.”
Feaster’s earlier professional endeavors were focused on the entertainment industries, notably at NBC and Interscope Records, while living for eight years in Los Angeles, CA.
Having earned numerous accolades throughout her career, Feaster was the recipient of the Hennessy Never Stop Never Settle Entrepreneur Award in 2021 and was recognized by Forbes the Culture as a champion of business excellence in 2022. She was listed as one of Slam Magazine's most powerful women in sports in 2020, and Adweek named her one of the 30 most powerful women in sports in 2019.
