Diane is a strategic business leader with nearly two decades of global leadership experience in strategy, operations, and corporate development within sports and finance. She holds a unique global perspective having executed growth initiatives in collaboration with partners and investors across more than 20 countries.
Most recently, Diane served as Global Head of Strategy at Fanatics Holdings in New York. At Fanatics, Diane led early stages of the company’s shared data infrastructure build-out, spearheading the development of a unified view of the fan across Fanatics various offerings. Diane also led the initial development of Fanatics' enterprise loyalty strategy and in partnership with Fanatics Collectibles leadership, played a pivotal role in the creation of the "Fanatics Live" app, a live commerce platform.
Prior to Fanatics, Diane held various leadership roles at the National Basketball Association. Her efforts to grow the league’s international business through strategic partnerships have resulted in the formation of NBA Africa and the establishment of the Basketball Africa League, the NBA’s first pro league outside North America. Diane also oversaw the league’s partnership with USA Basketball and served as Managing Director for NBA India prior to the league’s first ever games in Mumbai.
Early in her career, Diane held roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers investment banking divisions where she executed cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions for media, technology, and industrial companies. Diane started her career as an analyst and research assistant at the International Monetary Fund and World Bank in Washington, D.C.
Holding a deep passion for diversity, inclusion, and uplifting communities through the power of sports and media, Diane has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and currently sits on the advisory council of SDA Bocconi’s School of Management. Formerly an adjunct professor at New York University’s Tisch Institute for Global Sport, Diane received her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and undergraduate degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University. She resides in New York with her husband Dwayne and their three children.
