Jacqui also has extensive experience working with boards, particularly in the areas of compensation, succession, and nominating committees.

Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at ServiceNow, Jacqui leads comprehensive efforts in human capital strategy and operations. She is now spearheading the company’s campaign to double in size while elevating employee engagement and impact to unprecedented levels. Central to her strategy is the integration of generative AI solutions into ServiceNow's HR processes, revolutionizing talent acquisition, development, and management practices. Her leadership mandate includes building conviction among analysts, investors, and board members in the company’s explosive growth potential.

In addition to her role as Chief People Officer, Jacqui is responsible for the ServiceNow Education line of business, overseeing the training and enablement of customers and partners. On track to deliver 1 million credentials in the next three years, she is empowering individuals worldwide with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's digital workplace.

Prior to ServiceNow, Jacqui served as the Chief People Officer at WPP, a global leader in marketing, media, advertising, and communications with over 100,000 people across 100 countries. Her role was pivotal in guiding the company through periods of significant market disruption, including the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Jacqui was instrumental in aligning human capital strategies with WPP's financial goals, contributing significantly to the company's fiscal resilience.

Prior to WPP, Jacqui served as Chief People Officer at Walmart, where she transformed the company's employer brand, expanded diversity and inclusion efforts, and nurtured talent development across the organization. Under her leadership, the company invested over billion in training education and wages while acquiring billion in new companies. In addition, she led a major reskilling effort to support the company’s pivot from largely brick and mortar stores to an omni channel retailer.

Jacqui's career includes 25 years at Accenture, where she held various roles spanning human resources, accounting, consulting, and leadership. She played a pivotal role in Accenture's IPO and witnessed the company's exponential growth from 25,000 to 400,000 people.

Jacqui currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Boston College and the Board of Directors for Project Healthy Minds. She was co-chair of the World Economic Forum Future of Work Task Force and a member of the Rework America Business Network. She is also a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women community. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College and lives in New Jersey with her husband Joe and they have two daughters.
