Speaker Bio
Charlotte Jones is the Chief Brand Officer and Co-Owner of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. For more than 30 years, she
has overseen all business operations, strategies and applications surrounding the team’s brand, including fan
engagement, venue design, entertainment, promotional elements, cause marketing and community relations. She played
a prominent role in shaping the design, décor, sponsor integration and overall presentation of AT&T Stadium and The Star
in Frisco, the team’s World Headquarters and training complex.
Recognized as one of the most prominent and impactful women in sports, Charlotte is Chairman of the NFL Foundation,
and serves on the NFL Conduct Committee, Health and Safety Committee and the Legalized Sports Betting Committee.
She is the President of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and is responsible for overseeing what is considered to be the
most prominent organization of its kind in the world.
In the philanthropy space, Jones served as the first female Chairman of The Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board. It
was 27 years ago that Charlotte introduced a groundbreaking approach to fundraising on the worldwide stage by
harnessing a Thanksgiving Day national television audience during the Cowboys halftime as the kickoff to The Salvation
Army’s National Red Kettle Campaign. This effort has raised nearly three billion dollars touching lives across the globe by
combining the Dallas Cowboys and popular musical entertainers, including most recently Dolly Parton, and has become
one of the most watched NFL regular season games.
Since 2020, Charlotte has proudly served as Chairman of the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation. The Museum
and Griffin Institute will open in Arlington Texas in March 2025. It is designed to preserve and share the remarkable
stories of the fewer than 4,000 individuals who have received the Medal of Honor and the 40 million members of the
Armed Forces they served alongside. Its purpose is to recognize the values and ideals of the prestigious Medal of Honor:
Courage, Sacrifice, Commitment, Integrity, Citizenship, Patriotism and to fulfill its mission to inspire America.
Charlotte is a member of the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame and a member of the James Madison Council, a philanthropic
advisory group of the Library of Congress. She is a graduate of Stanford University and proud mother of three. She and her
husband, Amir Rozwadowski, reside in Dallas.
