Over her career, Kate has worked to advance immigrant and refugee inclusion in the United States, Mexico/Central America and Europe through her time at the MMC, NAE, the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, Unbound Philanthropy, the Migration Policy Institute, and the Mexico Institute of the Woodrow Wilson Center.
