Rachael Drew is part of Solve’s Strategic & Partner Programs team, which enables clients to utilize Solve's unique social innovation methodology to launch custom challenges around the world. Rachael manages a portfolio of clients with custom challenges focused on economic prosperity, education, workforce development, health care, and US issues. In addition, she led the first two years of the inaugural MIT Solve Indigenous Communities Fellowship from 2018-2020.
Prior to Solve, Rachael completed her MA degree in Global & International Studies at University of California, Santa Barbara as an Orfalea Fellow. Her academic work focused on postcolonial education, specifically culturally relevant curriculum content and development.
