She has over 20 years’ experience working with global brands including managing projects for celebrity brands such as George Foreman, Bob Marley, Akon and Clayton Anderson. She is recognized as a super connector and a trusted advisor. Founder of Konscious Konsulting LLC, she supports organizations with campaigns, business development, marketing, sustainability strategies and strategic partnerships. One of her first projects included a C-suite position at Akon Lighting Africa, which brought solar energy solutions to over 1 million rural households in over 10 countries. In 2017, she took Akon to the Mrajeeb Al Fhood Syrian Refugee Camp in Jordan bringing them solar street lights for safety and a playground in partnership with the UAE Red Crescent Foundation. She is a founding member of the House of Marley consumer electronics leadership team and launched the first eco-friendly headphone brand in over 20 countries, developing and executing marketing plans and managing agency relationships and events to support Bob Marley’s vision of creating a better world through eco-friendly products. She is passionate about leveraging technology for good. She is an Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council where she has spoken on panels hosted on Sr. Richard Branson’s Necker Island and home in Morocco. She is a Founding Member of 100 Woman@Davos. An Advisory Council Member of Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a Board Member for PlayingForChange.org Foundation (PFCF), co-founded by Whitney Kroenke (Kroenke Family Office) which creates music schools around the world using music as a tool for education and social change. She initiated projects to build PFCF schools in the Bidibidi Refugee Settlement in Uganda and the Zaatari Refugee Camp in Jordan. And, she is an Advisor for DaughterForEarth.org, co-founded by Jody Allen (Paul Allen sister from Microsoft - Allen Family Office) which is giving grants to women worldwide who are impacting climate change.
