Juliana Uribe Villegas is a Colombian woman who lives at the intersection of social innovation, the digital age, and international relations as a social entrepreneur, activist, and consultant. She is the CEO and Founder of Movilizatorio, an expert lab on social transformation for Colombia and Latin America that promotes active and informed civic engagement for a better society. At Movilizatorio, Juliana and her team combine strategy, communications, technology, partnerships, and research tools to mobilize citizen power for social and environmental equity, transforming ideas into actions and passivity into social and climate movements.

Through projects like "El Avispero," she has mobilized over 140,000 change agents using strategies, communication, technology, and partnerships to strengthen collective leadership as a driver of social transformation.
In 2021, Juliana became an Acumen Fellow. In 2020, she was selected by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Wom-En Com Foundation as one of the 31 most influential young people in Colombian politics. Additionally, she was chosen by Semana magazine for the "Women Who Inspire" award in 2014.

Juliana has a Master's Degree in Public Administration, is a Mason Fellow from the John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University and a Cum Laude Master's degree in International Business from the University of Barcelona. She is an Economist from the Universidad de Los Andes and speaks Spanish, English, and German.
