Kristin “Rosie” Barnes is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Eastern Asian Medicine Practitioner (EAMP). She received her undergrad in Chemistry from the US Naval Academy (USNA) in 1992.

Rosie served 23 years active duty as an F14 Tomcat as a Radar Intercept Officer. In that time, she deployed overseas seven times with flights over Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. She has over 3,000 flight hours and over 700 arrested landings on aircraft carriers.
Capitalizing on her passion for athletic competition, Rosie also represented US Navy recruiting through participation in the All Navy Sports program. The highlight of her athletic career was being chosen to represent All Navy Sports at the Ironman World Championships in Kona-Kailua, Hawaii on four occasions between 2007 and 2013.
Rosie obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy and Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA in 2021. She completed her two-year residency with Rebel Med NW in 2023. She holds an additional masters in nutrition. Her current educational pursuits include obtaining a certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through the Integrated Psychiatry Institute (IPI) out of Boulder, CO as well as tackling the Fascial Counterstrain program one class at a time.

In time, her goal as a provider is to provide affordable, accessible care for anyone who is ready to address trauma, PTSD and pain. For now, Rosie is heavily focused on connecting with veterans and women survivors of military sexual assault.
