Speaker Bio
Nitzia Logothetis, MSc, MA, LMHC, is a licensed psychotherapist and co-founder of the Seleni Institute, a nonprofit organization and independent clinic founded in 2011 to support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals and families throughout the family-building journey. She has held multiple leadership and clinical roles at Seleni, including Executive Director, Clinical Director, and practicing psychotherapist, and now serves on its Board of Directors.

Grounded in the belief that mental health is as essential as physical health, Nitzia’s work reflects a long-held conviction that supporting parents can shape outcomes across generations. Since its inception, Seleni has trained more than 7,500 mental health professionals in 30 countries, reached over 1.5 million people globally through education and advocacy, and provided care to more than 5,000 patients.

Raised in London by her Greek father and Panamanian mother, Nitzia brings a global perspective to her work. She earned degrees from Brown University, the University of London, and NYU Steinhardt, and conducted autism research as an Honorary Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry in London.

In 2025, she received an honorary doctorate from the University of West Attica in recognition of her contributions to women’s mental health and philanthropic work. A respected voice in the field, Nitzia has delivered keynote addresses at the White House Council on Women and Girls, the United States Capitol, and institutions around the world.
