Ahead of the day's plenary, this session provides a morning gathering designed to ease delegates into the Summit through light movement and breathwork. Using the power of sport and movement as tools for connection and human potential, attendees are invited to engage at their own pace, meet fellow guests in an informal setting, and step into the day refreshed and energized. This session will take place in the National Medal of Honor Museum's Old Glory Plaza, or Patrick Brady Hall, weather dependent.
