Pëllumb Kallaba is the Country Manager for Albania at CWP Europe. CWP Europe, part of CWP Global, develops large‑scale renewable energy projects across Southeast Europe, supported by a strategic partnership with Mercuria Energy Group to deliver competitive low‑carbon power.
Mr. Kallaba leads the development of one of the largest renewable energy wind projects in the Balkans, with a capacity of over 600 MW located in Albania. He has previous experience in the telecommunications sector, having served as a member of the Supervisory Board of ONE Telecommunications (formerly T‑Mobile Albania) from 2019 to 2022.
He holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Local Development from the University of Trento (Italy) and the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), completed between 2008 and 2010. He has also attended several executive courses at the College of Europe in Bruges and Brussels, focusing on EU Energy Policy and the EU Accession Process.
Mr. Kallaba is also the author and co‑author of several research publications and projects in the fields of state‑building, security, and foreign policy, contributing to policy analysis and applied research initiatives focused on governance, institutional development, and international relations in Southeast Europe and the Western Balkans.
