Muhammed Fatih Toprak is a Turkish lawyer, international law specialist, and politician ,who grew up in Hamburg, Germany. A graduate of University of Hamburg’s Faculty of Law, he built his career at the intersection of law, public diplomacy, and politics. He served as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey during its 27th term, representing Adıyaman after being elected in the 2018 general elections.

Known for blending legal expertise with international perspective, Toprak has also been active in academic and political initiatives focusing on Turkish communities abroad and public diplomacy.
