2023 Concordia Annual Summit FAQs

Event Information

The 2023 Concordia Annual Summit is taking place from Monday, September 18 - Wednesday, September 20 at the Sheraton New York Times Square (811 Seventh Ave New York, NY 10019).

Concordia's signature event, the Annual Summit offers the largest and most inclusive nonpartisan gathering alongside the UN General Assembly. The Summit convenes presidents, prime ministers, CEOs, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, activists, and change makers to address the world's most pressing challenges through the lens of public-private sector collaboration. Programming formats range from panel discussions and one-on-one interviews to smaller roundtables and breakout sessions. Private meetings and receptions support further connection towards positive social impact.

Last year, we welcomed nearly 1,800 attendees, with 59% private sector representation, 23% public sector, and 18% third/nonprofit sector. This year, following a strong recovery from COVID-19, we are expecting around 3,500 attendees over the three days.

Attendance

You’ll need to register to attend. You can view our pass options and register here. All current Concordia Members should have already received registration instructions from us, but if you have any questions, please contact membership@concordia.net.

There are two main avenues for organizations to get involved.

The first way is by joining Concordia as a Global Patron Member. This is a year-round membership that allows organizations to convene at our year-round events, connect with our global network, and create partnerships that advance objectives. Global Patron Members receive a set of All Access Passes, which provide the highest level of access to the event, including:

  • Exclusive access to the Concordia Connect networking service, supported by a dedicated relationship manager
  • Access to the private Members’ Lounge, including breakfast, lunch, and additional light refreshments
  • Opportunity to host and participate in invitation-only roundtables
  • Priority access to private receptions and dinners hosted alongside the Annual Summit

Global Patron Membership lasts for a full year and costs $20,000. For more information, click here or contact membership@concordia.net.

The second way is by collaborating with Concordia’s programming at the 2023 Annual Summit. By becoming a Programming Partner (reserved for nonprofits and publicly-funded organizations) or Programming Sponsor (reserved for private sector companies), organizations can:

  • Feature their organizational work, priority topic, and/or senior leadership on the Concordia stage, raising a challenge or call to action
  • Tap into a geographically-diverse community of world leaders, innovators, and experts, gaining access to strategic meetings, networking, and partnership development assistance
  • Obtain tremendous visibility—along with brand and initiative elevation—sharing thought leadership and raising awareness around an issue, project, or solution

Please note, a year-long Global Patron Membership is included as part of this engagement. For more information, contact partnerships@concordia.net.

If you’re not a current Concordia Member, you can purchase an All Access Pass or a General Access Pass here.

An All Access Pass ($2,000) provides the following:

While a General Access Pass ($800) provides:
