Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Guatemala 2017-2020, reelected for the Period 2020-2024. Currently the youngest congresswoman. Member of the Commissions for Women, Foreign Relations, Decentralization, Constitutional and Legislative Committee and Vice-President of the Regional Integration Commission. She has stood out for a legislative agenda in favor of the fight against corruption and the strengthening of democracy. She has an active role in favor of the rights of women and youth. Short listed nominee for the One Young World Politician of the Year Award 2022. And Member of the McCain Global Leaders program cohort 2022 of the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University.
Has a degree in Political Science from the Rafael Landivar University of Guatemala; has a specialization in Decentralized Cooperation from the Observatory of Decentralized Cooperation of the European Union and Latin America. And now studying a master's degree in public administration. During her university studies she was part of the student movements. In 2013 she was elected President of the Faculty of Political Sciences.
