Ignacio Corlazzoli Hughes has had a long and successful professional career at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). He has served as Operations Consultant; Country Coordinator for Belize and Haiti; State Modernization Operations Specialist in Mexico, Central America, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti; Counselor for Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia before the Executive Board; Advisor to the Office of the President; Lead Specialist of the Office of Strategic Alliances; Representative of the IADB Group in Europe and Israel and, lastly in Colombia. In March 2022, Ignacio was appointed Manager in Europe, Asia and the Middle East at CAF, Development Bank of Latin America. Ignacio holds a law degree from the Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He has a MSc in International Social and Public Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
