Chad Strader is the Co-CEO and Managing Partner of Red Arts Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio management and operations and growth. Before forming Red Arts in 2015, Chad led private equity transactions at Woodlawn Partners and held finance and accounting roles at PepsiCo.
Chad serves as a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, is a member of The Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) as a NextGen BENS fellow, as well as a fellow at the National War College Alumni Association. Chad is a member of The Chicago Club, the Chicago Booth and Polsky Center Private Equity Council, the U.S. Soccer Chicago Development Council, and The Economic Club of Chicago. He also serves as a Board Member of the Big Shoulders Fund. Chad received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University.
