Andrés Cadena, Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company
Senior Partner at McKinsey Bogotá and a member of the Board of Directors of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI). Over the last two decades, he has served various Latin American governments, as well as the largest multilateral banks and companies in the financial, retail, and telecommunications industries. His experience focuses on corporate strategy and finance, education, economic development, and city management. He is a member of the Private Competitiveness Council of Colombia, a member of the Board of Directors of Pro-Bogotá, and a Councilor at the Universidad del Rosario, among other roles. Andrés holds a BA degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Los Andes and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
