Juan Pablo leads the ESG agenda, digital transformation, disruption, talent and culture for Grupo Mariposa. Under his leadership, the group defined its purpose to create value in the Americas to catalyze inclusive growth and prosperity in the region and issued its first Sustainability Linked Bond in January 2022.
