Mrs Geraldine Lendor- Gabriel is a Chartered Accountant (CGA) and an Accredited Director with the Institute of Chartered Secretary. A Certified Audit Committee member is the Caribbean Governance institute and a Trained Facilitator of the Franklin Covey Training programs the 7 Habits of highly Effective people and Five Choices to Extraordinary Productivity. She is the former CEO of the St Lucia Solid Waste Management Authority. She is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditing. Mrs Lendor-Gabriel also holds a Bsc. in Economics and Management and an Msc. in Environmental Management.

Mrs Lendor Gabriel is currently a Business and Environmental Consultant. In her consulting practice, Geraldine advises many of her clients on issues of human resource management, environmental management, finance, governance and internal controls. In the area of organisational development, she facilitates board assessments and strategic planning retreats, guides clients in organisation reengineering and rationalisation of business processes and participates in corporate leadership development initiatives. Geraldine is passionate about Governance and the central role which it plays in the success of any organization especially as it relates to risk management.

Mrs Lendor-Gabriel has served in several capacity at the national level including on the board of the Cultural Development Foundation, Folk Research Centre, Public Health Board, Saint Lucia Civil Service Cooperative Credit Union, The Saint Lucia Cooperative League. She also served at Chairperson of the Internal Audit Committee of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Union and the Supervisory /Internal Audit Committee of the Civil Service Cooperative Credit Union positions which she was engaged in for six years each. She currently Serves on the Board of the 1st National bank Saint Lucia and as Immediate Past President of the Association of Management Consultants of Saint Lucia.

Mrs. Lendor-Gabriel currently services as Mayor of the Castries, as of September 2021.
