Mary Margaret Frank is the Dean of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Her research and teaching examine the relations between business, government, and civil society in various contexts. She began her career exploring the effect of tax policies on corporate and investor behavior which has evolved into a broader exploration of cross-sector engagement on societal issues. She has won numerous awards for her research, teaching, and innovations in curriculum development. She developed the Tri-Sector Leadership Fellows Program at the University of Virginia, as well as, the P3 Impact Award in collaboration with Concordia and the U.S. Department of State. Prior to joining her alma mater, Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2023, Frank taught at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and the University of Chicago's Booth Graduate School of Business. She also served for over a decade on the board of directors and as chairperson of the Audit Committee of Veru Inc., formerly Female Health Company (FHC).
