Shakira Talbot is the Group Vice President of Global Customer and Field Operations at ServiceNow. In this role, she is the right hand to the President, Global Customer & Field Operations. She heads the Office of the President, Global Customer and Field Operations, drives global commercial efforts, new routes to market, and global expansion. She ensures the seamless execution of global field operations, sales, go-to market strategies, industries, partners, and end-to-end customer success. Execution is at the core of everything she does. Throughout her career, Shakira has been instrumental in implementing highly scalable and successful Commercial GTM strategies while maintaining a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, driving results and outcomes aligned to business growth and success. Her leadership drives innovation and success across the organization. A strong advocate in the workplace, Shakira has successfully led initiatives to change global parental leave policies and played a key role in developing vaccine management applications during COVID-19. Shakira joined ServiceNow in January 2014 as a Senior Account Executive. She served as Sales Director – Public Sector and Senior Sales Director – UK&I, before stepping into executive leadership in September 2023 as Group Vice President, Global Field Chief of Staff. She assumed the role of Group Vice President, Global Customer & Field Operations in January 2025. Before joining ServiceNow, Shakira held sales roles at BMC Software and Gartner.
