Cathy Mauzaize is EMEA President at ServiceNow. In her role, she drives the growth strategy in EMEA to support ServiceNow in becoming the defining enterprise software of the 21st century. Cathy joined ServiceNow in 2021 as Vice President, EMEA South, to spearhead the company’s expansion across France, Spain, Italy, the Middle East, and Africa. She successfully drove the company’s expansion within these markets and continues to deliver world class service to customers in the EMEA region. Before joining ServiceNow, Cathy was General Manager at Microsoft leading the company commercial team and supporting growth through new business models and helping customers integrate solutions such as AI and Mixed Reality. Prior to Microsoft, she worked at SAP, where she was responsible for driving growth through cloud-based solutions. Cathy begin her career at PwC, then joining HP in 1995 as Controller for the European Pavilion Business, then moving on to a Senior Group Controller role. In 2003, Cathy joined Dell; during her 13 years' tenure she held several finance and sales roles, before being promoted as General Manager to cover large enterprises and mid-market segments, and large private and public accounts in France. Cathy has a degree from the Lyon School of Management. In 2015, in recognition for her work advocating for diversity and equality in the workplace, she was awarded the Women in Business distinction (Trophée des Femmes du Commerce) by “Usine Nouvelle” as part of the Women in Industry Awards ( Trophées des Femmes de l’Industrie).
